“Jonathan Cooper Park Walk Gallery is pleased to present White, a new exhibition of watercolours by Peter Haslam – Fox in his first exhibition at the gallery.
In this new collection of paintings, Haslam – Fox continues to rejuvenate the medium of watercolour, creating paintings that depend as much on the raw paper – as paint – for their description. His painted white subjects (including, floating balloons, doves, owls, and clouds) are chosen because of their perceived lack of colour and an innate but simple strength.
